Game day. Lawrence was so into the Oregon / Cal game, we decided to leave him there while we search for some warmer viewing areas
The following photo's are of the OSU campus doing our walk around
Yes.....that does say "The Valley Library"
During our walk we bumped into a fellow herder.
There's myself with Shara at the Beaver
DipWadEd looking sporty with the Beav
Even Lawrence was not camera shy with this....ahh.....wooden marvel
SCVince (far right), his brother and his brother's daughter
Now this is the visibility during the warmups. The fog lifted at times and we could actually see the far goal
The fog and flash photography doesn't mix and excuse the ghosts
Players come over just before heading to the locker room for the final time prior to kickoff
Kickoff.....do you see the Trojans?
Errol was there. This is a rare shot of Errol without a barbeque nearby. Added bonus, we could talk about the elections!
A shot of Shara with the Oregon State fans that sat right behind us. They were very friendly and certainly held out hope for a come back
Desmond Reed (22) speaking with Lendale White. Reggie is on the right
Ran into Douger and his friend
Shara with #41 Thomas Williams
Here's Shara with Herchel Dennis and Rose (Herchel's mom)
Finally get that one photo of Shara with Reggie Bush and I guess my glove got too close to the lens. Plus..checkout Shara's eyes
Shortly we ended up in the OSU MU Center. There they had a huge projection setup of the Oregon / Cal game. And yes, we did call Lawrence!!
Neither DiWad nor I recognized him, but since he had the original Thundering Herd cap on, we spoke with him. Turns out it's Laocoon. His real name is Mario and he's accompanied by Krisy.
Errol, Shara and Errol's son
We sure got an ear full when OSU was ahead though. I knew it wouldn't last.
By the way, she's a Yankee fan that loves football!!!!
If you recall, Thomas is the LB who plays special teams and is always getting the Herd up to make more noise by raising his hands and pointing at the Herd. We let him know that he is a favorite of the Herd and he loves what the Herd does
As I shot this photo, Pete Carroll walked right by. Hence you see that Shara had no problem looking over at Pete rather than taking a great shot with OUR NEXT HEISMAN TROPHY WINNER!! Well, if you know Shara, you know she loves Pete Carroll.
